The PVS-14 provides the user with a state of the art, Mil-Spec, lightweight manual gain monocular, incorporating customer specified intensifier tubes. The PVS-14 monocular can be hand held or helmet mounted. The PVS-14 monocular  can be worn on the left or right eye.
