Buying Night Vision From CTNV & What To Expect
Recently we have been getting a lot of questions in regards to our night vision offerings and how the buying process works. Here at CTNV we believe in being as transparent as possible so we have decided to create this page so you the consumer can make the most informed decision possible when deciding to purchase a device or accessory from us.
The buying process starts off in 1 of 3 ways.
1.) the consumer has attended one of our classes and has finally decided to make the jump into purchasing night vision. They contacts us to discuss his or her options. As well as communicates any expectations they might have.
2.) The consumer contacts us prior to purchasing through our website. Again to discuss her or her options. As well as communicates any expectations they might have.
3.) The consumer purchases a device through our website.
As of today most of our sales have been done through options one or two.
Within 24 hours after purchase (this includes weekends) we will contact the consumer directly to discuss device options and if they are looking for something specific (specs, features etc.) This is also a good time to add anything to the order.
Once the consumer has communicated their needs we go to our distributor and pick several options. Once we have several options for the customer to pick from we send over the tube specs along with tube images for the customer to approve or deny.
By doing things this way the customer 100% knows what they are buying. Of course we will be more than happy to make an executive decision for the customer.
Once the customer decides which tube/tubes they would like to have in their device it is then built and shipped directly to us.
Speaking of building. All devices are built using specialized tools and held to a strict quality control standard. A Hoffman ANV-126A used for Eyepiece diopter focus and proper collimation.
After a device is built they are nitrogen purged after assembly.
Once we receive the device it is inspected one last time & then shipped to you.
While our lead time says 4-7 business days it is often done within 2-4 business days.
Now just because you received the device doesn't mean our relationship is done (we're clingy.) We stand behind the product you purchased and thusly will be here for you day or night should any questions or concerns arise. Should a warranty issue rear its ugly head we will remain by your side to help you through the process as well.
